A Question About Season 5 Ranked Rewards

So, if I understand correctly, rewards are released in waves. Which means that someone could in theory get all of their rewards on the 11th while others might have to wait until the 17th? If this is not that case I would love it if some people could inform me that I am wrong.

You are on point. Several (and by several i mean several thousand) people will be receiving their borders/icons/skins today, while others have to wait until the last day of the time given, i.e. Nov. 17th. Everyone must be patient!
