Provisional Reset - MidSeason Break

Considering the length of a season is approximately one year and the amount a person can learn over the length of a season is quite vast (which includes me, this was my first season so I learned a lot), why not allow a mid-season provisional reset option? This would allow players to test out their knowledge and potentially escape Elo Hell that is Bronze.
