Issues with Riot staff

So i reccently had a game that was restarted because the game pinged i was afk. however i was not. i brought items when to lane only for the game to be restarted (with i voted in too) and now 2 riot employees are lying to me telling me i was afk right at the start, however considering how i brought items and went to lane, thats impossible so obviously a glitch in the system but instead of admitting the glitch and removing the warning they keep lying and just repeat i was afk, but refuse to answer how its possible that i afk when i had items ect.

what happens when it does thee same again and i find myself in low pri because the damn staff refuse to accept there is a fault?

You don't have to be literally afk for all of the match, you just have to not participate for too long and you'll get flagged. Would you mind sharing the match history so I can see when items were purchases and if it appeared you were participating up until the remake? I can't verify anything with absolute certainty but it may help explain if I can see something.

You might also share the conversation with Riot you had so we can see what they really said about your situation, as that may shed light on it as well. Even if they were wrong, they won't be able to remove your penalty. So far I haven't seen anyone get flagged afk if they actually participated (not just standing in the lane), so I doubt it would happen to you more than once if it really was a bug.
