Why is it every time something goes wrong with League, it's always "our computers" and never Riot?

I just reinstalled League a few days ago, haven't played in several months. While I'm well aware of all the lag problems and various other bugs since I've been playing since Season 1 I think, a new one has reared its ugly head since my reinstall. Every time I start League and go to sign in, it always kicks me and says something about a network communication problem and League closes, however, I immediately reopen it and it legs me log in just fine. It does this every single time now. I'd email Riot about it but they'd just tell me my computer is messed up or my internet is bad, or some other shit instead of owning up to yet another problem.

Or riot admitted that it was a bug already and that they are working on a fix.....

What does Riot Games and people in "ELO hell" have in common?

It's never their fault.

Edit: Damn, people, there is nothing like "ELO hell". I mean it can happen to anyone in any ELO.

This has recently been a problem for me as well. It only happens the first time I start up LoL, but after that it always works.

Are you sure Riot didn't send you an automated message? They have already said they are looking into this issue on their end, so it's rather strange that they would tell you to look at your own side of things in anything but a "step 1 in basic computer troubleshooting" way.
