RAF skins got their vintage loading overlays, can we please get the vintage summoner icon as well?

Now that the RAF skins got their vintage loading overlays, can we please get the vintage summoner icon as well?

As you probably know patch 4.20 introduced two more vintage overlays for Medieval Twitch and Grey Warwick skins owners (those who owned these skins prior the recent / incoming RAF changes).

If there is any chance, could we also get the vintage icon, please?
