Trolls

I need to get this off my chest. This game is going to shit. Period. I understand that it has to be hard to monitor everything. I get it. But i spent countless hours on my smurf account trying to get it up to level 30. finally reach level thirty and prepare for my promos. In my promos i am now 3 and 5. 3 of those 5 losses? Trolls. The easy to win games. And now, I won;t be able to reach a high enough tier to duo with my friends. And all because of some trolls who don;t care if they're in bronze forever. Riot, please. It is time to actually do something about this. no more warnings. start taking away accounts. Take back this game that i fell in love with years ago, that is now over run by trolls ruining my experience. Please. Something has to be done.
