Renting

I honestly don't know what to say about the information on Rental.

I got Headhunter Nidalee on my first run and wanted to buy it, but i thought i should rent her for 7 days, play around with her while i get other chests and keys to open to see if i get something that interests me more, while still having for 7 days nidalee. The info wasn't clear and suddenly I saw her gone with no way of actually buying her after.

This is outrageous, i wanted to rent and then buy her! I've send them a ticket right after, I've got so mad and they don't even reply. I'm sure I'm not the first one or the last one especially if they don't put more info on it, like a warning. They did nothing, I had to search over the internet to find more of this nothing. Thank you rito.

I would like a refund, in a way, i want to give my essences for it just as i will buy it permanently, Not damn rent it.
