My suggestion for skins

This is an idea that MAY have been already introduced in the past, but yea enjoy

So Skins cost RP and most people don't pay to play with STYLE. SO why not do a "Skin rental service"? Have certain skins available for IP for one/a few games (of course, the higher RP cost for the skin, the higher IP value) However there is a limit on how many skins you can rent. For example, you can only rent Pulsefire Ezreal (you don't get the summoner's icon, sorry) only once, and you can only rent River Spirit Nami 3 times. And of course, the higher RP it costs, the lower the limit to rent it. Any comments on this idea?
