Practice Game Upgrade

I've been playing for a while and have experienced plenty of wins and losses, comebacks and seen comebacks from the wrong side. I will often play practice games to test out builds to see if they work. Obviously with Practice games, if you get fed, it defeats the purpose because then just about any build will work on the Bots. One thing that could help the community, as far as making the game more competitive by helping players achieve their perfect builds, is to have the option to jump to level 18 in making the practice game. By Choosing this, the bots will have their full build, or near to it, and we as players have to be able to build correctly to counter and win. This could also be integrated in Co-op vs AI games. I think that the Magma Chamber used in the All-Stars showdown should become an official queue (or at least available in custom games) to test a champion just in lane. Of course you can do the same in a custom aram game, but making it a queue would give you more opportunities to test a champion without outside factors.
