I have encountered this quite a few times as well. It's annoying and ruins games.

IP bans are not a good thing anymore.

Naming and shaming on boards is not allowed on the boards.

I find that most of the bots I run into are Ryze as well, so maybe that is just a thing for some awkward reason. Not sure why.
