A voting system idea and more

Idea#1

In champion select, there are few times we encounter a troll, one of two things will happen:

A) Troll leaves (rare)

B) Troll stays

In many games, there is a voting system to kick off these kinds of players (including hackers). My suggestion/idea is for LoL to create something similar in champion select. Players can vote to kick a certain player who isn't willing to cooperate or is a troll. There are some flaws to this however:

• The amount of time it consumes
• Abusive, a premade can troll and just keep kicking

Idea#2:

This is more on Ranked games, but it may work out for players on Normals, too. My idea is for stats to pop up. What do I mean by this? During champion select, you would have the ability to see a person performance in each role( Top Lane, Mid Lane, Jungler, Marksman, and Support) when you mouse over the Summoner (the box where the champion's face would be, the one next to their Summoner spells). Win percentage, top 3 champions for each role, etc. It'll be much easier that having to go on lolnexus.com, lolking.net, elophant, etc. This will help in deciding roles and prevent some miscommunication or flaming.

But this can vary between Ranked and Normals. This is just an idea, and it'd be great to have some feedback!
