Where is the Taliyah buffs ??
wasn't Taliyah supposed to get some small buffs to her Q in this patch?
why the buffs didn't go throw I don't understand, Taliyah is very weak right now and she desperately need a buff.

Her Q got hotfix buffed earlier if that's what you're referring to. She doesn't need more damage in her kit, she can already easily 1 shot squishies. A problem she's had since day 1 is not being able to easily get to the backline like a lot of mages can, so she falls off hard late game if the enemy team has any idea how to position.
Dude, Taliyah does NOT need a buff, she's really strong right now, and really fun to play, if you can properly hit her combos, she can chunk GAREN.
Taliyah got a hotfix in 6.24, like 2 weeks ago. That is the buff you mean
More than with her damage, i have issues is with her passive, her mana costs and her WG. Her kit overall.
I think her damage is kinda fine. She can burst people who misstep. But i have to admit that the problem lies in setting up that damage. The best mages can unleash their full burst without much effort or tinkering. Taliyah needs to get in range of so many dangers to be able to land a W and then see if she can do the job. Thats why most people feel she is weak, because she in fact is in a disadvantage against top AP carries and well she will have a tougher work getting in range of objectives and killing them in a fight.
Her mana costs are unforgiving, so she doesnt has much room of making a misjudgement without having to go back to recover mana. Thats why i say that in order to be able to apply more pressure...her mana costs need to be reduced and her Rock surf passive and WG Q improved in some way.
She needs to be able to zone. If she cant zone with sheer burst, at least let her throw her spells repetitively in order to zone that way.
That would be a great start to see how she fares.
