Afk'ers and Dc'ers in Ranked

I have to say in ranked you want to win right? Yes, most likely you do. I always have the problem that people will go AFK or they will Dc alot in ranked. It happens about every 1/5 games for me, and i lose the same about of League Points that i would lose on a regular ranked. I just propose that if someone goes afk or dc's the team should not lose as many league points, but the person who leaves should lose more than a regular ranked game. Im only saying this is because i am trying to get a higher elo and i cant because i have to deal with all these afk and disconnections throughout every LoL game i play. So i think that could be much better so people who Dc will be punished more for ranked, and the people who actually want to win wont lose as much. I think this would be a great idea for League of Legends. -joshcrafter
