Why not have riot live chat?

So I have just recently got done with my 10 minute suspension because of deciding to not play with 600 ping, and yesterday I disconnected around the start of the game and It wouldn't let me reconnect. So now I have to deal with 20 minutes before each game for 5 games. This has happened before but by being suspended for a few days, and also was nothing I could do about it. I have had things like this also happen in other games but there were game managers that I was able to talk to about it and get it fixed. So why not have that in League of Legends, its the biggest game currently so its not like they don't have a big enough staff. I'm not complaining, it would just feel nice if I could talk to someone professional that would be able to help me out or explain to me why they cant take the suspension off and how to make few of the same mistakes. And sure there are the forums but there all just opinions really. Nothing they can do to help in game.
