Looking at his bodily figure, id say hes probably related to tahm kench in some sense, probably going to devour the beauty of the targets he creates. If not hes most definitely xeraths dad. I just dont see how anyone else could say otherwise. Look up his leaked ult ability. Xerath must have stolen it from him
