The Constant issue of "Skill" over teams

So as people already know, in games you often get people that may not be the best but are trying their hardest. This however isn't the case all the time. As many people may have noticed that people in games tend to get angrier a lot faster ( i know we've all had that moment were someone makes you really mad ). It may not seem it but its a team game and many people don't realize that. That stems a huge issue when you get in to champ select (speaking specifically about ranked ques), the rate of upset people in the lobby can be 0 to all 5. That's just a starting issue that can cause big problems before the game. I'm not one that exactly care for the vulgarity or hurtfulness of peoples words, in fact its the last thing on my mind, and pretty sure that goes for many others. Blocking out these people (or in the case of it being yourself) its hard to even try playing at that point. They have constant thought of "i'm the best" and that attitude reflects. If they don't do well they blame the team and it can cause fights which ruin games. Sure these people should get a penalty. A chat restriction at most. 9 out of 10 times that person that is mad all game just gets ignored and doesn't cause any harm because they still try they are just upset and being vulgar. WE can all relate. What about the real issue though? Why is it someone can be nice all game and get reported by the team sating they were being vulgar, negative or offensive? I'm sure many people have had games where they say Hey gnar maybe you should go tank we really need one. No harm intended, and yet its considered flaming. I know there are points where they are actually flaming but in a sincere sense and yet they still get reported for it? Why is it the people that are actually trolls get away with anything they do yet (regardless of motive or sense) you say something that could be or could not be offensive and its immediately not okay? Its extremely demotivating to lose because of these people that actually ruin the games. You cant even learn from your loss when that happens because its impossible to overcome that. You cant not make someone not troll or refuse to help, etc. but yet they have no negative repercussion. I know we've all been in free games where the other teams adc or top is intentionally feeding. When the other team asks to report that player more often than not your team says things like "Nah its fun" or "Free games Op" and refuses to report this player so they get to play again ruining others league experience. Im not saying that vulgarity or being offensive is okay but there are bigger issues here are there not? You can blame the toxic players for losing but in reality they are still playing and trying, yet the people who actually try to make you purposefully lose get to run free and do it again. Its the mindset of the game, it cant be fixed because the harsh actions are focused on the ones that are "Flaming" yet games can be ruined and its aye-okay. Just speaking my mind feel free to agree or disagree.
