Microsoft Visual Issues (aka error pop up)

I've gotten a new laptop for my birthday today, and I set everything up and I went to go download league, and when I tried doing that it popped up with the microsoft visual c++ error, which I was really confused and I tried redownloading it a few times and its just been coming up with the same error, I need some help with this, if anyone can, thank you. But I downloaded league perfectly fine on my dads computer but I just moved so it hasn't been set up yet, so I haven't been able to play, I don't know why is doing this on my laptop, but anyways ty if you can help me.
