Why does VLAD keep on getting nerfs???

Like seriously... http://champion.gg/champion/Vladimir He was already shit from 6.14 with a 47% win rate.. and now they dropped him down to 44% with unreasonable nerfs? whats next patch? drop him to 40%? lol Statistically as you can see on champion.gg vlad is way below average on every stat. Only a slight 52% win rate for elite vlad? lol Thats facts right there that the balance team is failing. From this patch Vlad does not excel in anything. Whos responsible for this?

Like Illaoi . That sht is broken OP. From lvl 6 with item 1001 item 1036 item 1028 can 1v2 enemy top laner and jungler, kill them and survive with 30%-60% HP. If you are lucky and top won't feed her then she comes mid/bot and gets those free kills on squishies anyways and destroys the game.

Why? Cause they buffed her in tank META to be viable. Then tanks died out but Illaoi buffs stayed. Because Rito forgott.

So IMHO same goes for Vlad... these changes were planned so far ahead and now someone just forgot that Vlad is OK now and doesn't need more nerfs. But since they were already pinned on the board, ballance team just went for it..

lolking and champion.gg statistics aren't as accurate as riot's statistics, but even with his winrate, he's still incredibly frustrating to play against. same with azir.

well apparently to some Vlad mains you can go in the middle of an enemy team in a team fight, use your ult and if you're low health its ok because it will fully heal you. You also have high damage and great sustain since your a manaless mage.
