Is this bannable/reportable?

So basically I've been playing a lot of normals lately trying to help my brother improve and I've run into toxic people about every other game, far more so than in ranked. I've noticed that if I lose my lane or if I am not 15-0 I will get constantly flamed for buying my account, just because I am platinum. I have probably heard this around 15 times this month and I was just wondering if this is a bannable/reportable offence. It is extremely degrading and toxic as I have worked my ass off to get here and to hear things like that makes me cringe. I generally report them for verbal abuse but I was just hoping that that was the right thing and that people will be punished for it. Any insights?
