Champion Skins (College Edition)

I don't think uLoL is quite there yet. The infrastructure is just getting set in place, and there's still a ton of growth potential in that circuit. I also think that having team skins in place for colleges would dilute the value of actual world championship skins.

If Riot would be able to negotiate trademark licensing in order to make those skins happen, I wouldn't be opposed to seeing a skin made for a key champion from the winning team's pool, but I wouldn't want to see a full-fledged set of 5 created for the campus teams.
