Rengar or Jinx?

So i recently got enough ip to buy a 6300 champ and i can't decide who should i buy: Rengar or Jinx. I like top as much as i like bot and i can't really pick one of them. I am also searching for a champ that can carry silver matches.So, who is better, OR ?

Jinx can carry any match. She is strong at all points in the game and snowballs extremely hard.

Rengar is feast or famine unfortunately so if you don't get early kills you won't be much of a gamechanger.
