League of Legends Launcher Zoomed In

Hello, first post. Also, if anyone knows if this has been discussed previously, feel free to comment with a link or something, i can't find it.

Anyways, I have a small problem that's annoying but not game breaking. It involves the launcher being zoomed in so that i cant fit it all on the screen at any one time. this is mainly a problem while shopping, as i have to constantly scroll right and left to see all the champions/runes riot has to offer me. if anyone knows a trick to solving this, that would be ideal. And by the way, the scroll wheel doesn't work, it only scrolls up and down the shop (obviously).
