Internet connection

I feel it isn't fair to some people who have bad internet connection and when they try to get back into the game its over and i am penelized for leaverbuster. I love league but seriously this isn't fair. My internet would go out and i try to make sure i stay in the game but sometimes its inevitable. I can't fix the internet connection issues and trust me i don't do it on purpose. Please help because i don't find it right for this to keep happening to people with bad internet.
