Gemstones for Urfwick etc.?

Since gemstones are rare enough to acquire, who thinks Riot should implement skins like Urfwick or other rare skins to be bought with gemstones as well as hextech annie. I mean, i've already invested $60 alone in the last month and have 4 gemstones. And i personally don't care for annie, Thoughts?

I'd absolutely jump at a chance to get Urfwick, but I imagine the people that got it way back when would have a collective aneurysm. People just gotta have their rare collectible skins even if it means alienating those who only don't have them because they weren't playing soon enough.
