FPS Drops

I have a Samsung NP700Z5BH laptop. I feel like this is sufficient money to spend on a laptop to play your game. A few patches after the new map was introduced I started getting horrible FPS drops. I have done everything you recommend to improve the situation of this. It is still a serious problem. Can you please find out what it is? It's completely random from my end, as in, it's not just when the team fights occur, although that seems to be a real factor.
