I dont think leaverbuster counts for punishments preventing end of season rewards so i think youre good.

you will still get them, afk won't prevent you from getting them if you don't get like 50 20min LBs

Historically, LeaverBuster punishments have not resulted in an ineligibility for end of season rewards, and there's no indication this policy will change. You should be fine, although it is something you should try to work off. (:
