I'v returned to the game 2 weeks ago after some long breaks and I want to know what's happened to the hextech system.

You can still get champions shards from chests?

From what I heard Championship Riven was available at the end of season, you can get her in a box now?halloween skins too?

*Do you think is worth to buy them? I mean, I have all the skins that I "need", I will be happy if I can get some good skins from those boxes, mostly that Vayne exclusive one; but at the same time I don't want to feel fooled, and get some 520 rp trash, ward/icons/champion shards(if they still drop here ). Most of the skins that I want are unavailable, from what it is in shop I don't think that I want one so badly, some because I already have a skin or I don't play with that champ, also have enough rp just for 2 legendaries or 1 ultimate.

So what do you guys knww or think?
