When is next PBE cycle?

So, i've been waiting to get into PBE for a really long time now. I've waited for around 1.5-2 years now. (maybe a little less) But never got PBE access. I've been active in games. and i often respond positive to everything my team does. It's really rare for me to say anything bad or flame and such. So Rito. When is the next PBE cycle? I really think it's fun to help others while having fun myself, and this is just what i think could be a nice thing to do. [slayer-jinx-wink]
