So, a friend of a friend kind of thing: You can get free RP if you do something to contribute to the community (art, videos, etc.) I am pretty skeptical. It's not like 5 dollars worth of RP but more like 5 RP itself. Can someone confirm this? Thank you.
It's for if you are like 20rp off of boom boom blitzcrank or anything really and you draw something in paint they give you rp. It's their way of not being cheap bastards making you pay an extra 5$ for .20 cents but they sill want you to work for it because riot cant give anything for free even though they make billlllllllions.
