Reporting Those Who Break the Summoners Code

Now I haven't thought this through completely, but it's a work in progress that I'd love to continue with, if I can have support for it. Now We've all had those games where we just can't do well, we can't seem to help out everyone or we're just plain ole playing badly. I know I've had those game and not everyone can play at their best every single game or day. Everyone goes on tilt every now and again, but then once we start getting down and discouraged, because we're playing bad and the plays just are not happening we have that angry Anivia, grumpy Graves or that salty, salty, SALTY Sejuani who, "just can't carry this trash ." We've all seen them, all of them. All those salty players, ragers and there's many more to come. I can't say I'm perfect and I've never deserved a report, but I do think Riot needs a more effective way to bring people to he light and learn that raging at your team or being an ass(mind my language) isn't how to win a game. My solution isn't a post game report system, it's a report system that allows those who have proof or would like to write a nice letter to Riot telling them of their very nice experience with a player where you can send pictures or videos of this player.

why should we put this in? Well it's quite simple. If players are anything like me, they mute anyone raging at them and try to do their best. once the games over, I just leave, because I don't want to hear what they have to say, I don't want to hear them go on and on about how everyone should report me and I don't want to be tempted to read what they said. It's purely human nature to want to know what people are saying about us and leaving the post game lobby is the easiest way. Adding a report area on, let's say on the Riot website, people can leave the post-game lobby and head to the Riot website when they've cooled down and type out what they just experienced and provide reasons and whatever they have to help punish someone for doing wrong against them. The consequences of being reported wouldn't change, of course, they'd stay the same and still would require multiple reports, but there's times when people deserve a report and players are too mad to stay in lobby to report them. I'm not saying to remove the post-game lobby reporting system, I'm only saying to add an area where players can be reported after the lobby is closed. Sure this can be abused, but so can the post-game lobby as well. My idea to help prevent abuse in the Riot report page would be, keep a list under players names of who they can report. If a players name isn't on this list then they can't be reported. There will be an error message and no report will be sent.

Like I said, it's not thought through completely and I'm not here to make sure that people are reported for being unskilled or just for doing bad. I'm just tired of having people harass me all game and I'm too angry with what they've said to say anything at all in the report after game and I just leave. This would be ideal in my mind for those of us who want to play for fun and try to clean up the community a bit more. I can't say that there's ton of reports that go unnoticed or go unsent, but were well deserved, but I do know I can't be the only one who wishes that I could go somewhere to report players after a terrible game.

Just my thoughts and nothing more, I hope a Riot employee sees this and thinks it's a great idea. If they do thanks a lot for your support, if i get any and remember summoners don't summoner 14 and when someones down and out you always have summoner 7's to help them out.

P.S. If you think it's a nice idea help me spread this, like most people I'm a nobody in this community and have no connections. Post this again somewhere or link it to someone.
