Fix pre-season placements

All I've gotten are r%%%%%s and unranked morons. This is depressing. I'm a far superior player, yet I get terrible players every single game. Fix your system. And maybe make it so players have to actually play some normals on x amount of characters before they play ranked. It's sad how bad players are now.
