refunds

dear riot, its season 4 and people talk much about servers and their down times etc. sense IT IS season 4 :) i think you should give back to players (all players) by giving atleast 1 additional refund, pref; 3 like last time, but im more than sure we have earned it! great game, always love it deep down <3! -A.P.
