Ultimate Skin: is it coming out and should i get it?
I was just wondering should i save RP for a Ultimate skin that may or may not come out or should i buy stranded skins just a question wondering about other players thoughts?

Honestly I say not save up. Simply because Ultimate Skin or not, the skins you want won't change. So if you have the money and you know what skins you want grab em.
Not to mention you'll have at least two weeks to a month of time between the announcement and the actual release of the skin. So in that gap you can look at it and deem whether or not you want it. It's what I did while waiting for Spirit Guard Udyr. Hope that helps :)
I'd be inclined to offer similar advice... buy the skins you want. If there are none you want, don't buy any... if there are some you want, buy them. We don't know WHAT the ultimate skin will be, or even confirmation of which champ(we have some hints but no confirmation), so buy what you want... and if you like the ultimate, you can probably buy it too.
