Mystery Gift: Nunu?!

Is it just me or is the chance of receiving a Nunu skin from Mystery gifting a little bit to high? (I'm not sure how rito coded the gifting wheel of fate but Im assuming they code some champions to be gifted less/more often that others) Today is my birthday and its been a while since i spent money on Rito so i decided to take advantage of Mystery gifting and sure enough I got Demolisher Nunu (its not a bad skin imo). It's been a little bit over a year and thanks to Mystery gifting I almost have every single Nunu skin... and I am not pleased with it. It was annoying enough that I would always get Nunu when i play ARAM but Its gotten to the point where I actually wanted to use my last resell to get rid of him. I was watching a random YouTuber exchanging mystery gifts and sure enough his pal got a Nunu skin and I was sitting there thinking "yup. I feel your pain". Its not that I don't like Nunu, I just dont like that all my rp is being sinked into one champion that I rarely play. However, I will always remember the day I stole baron from the enemy team with Nunu :D
So who else has had this problem and do you think rito should decrease his chances of being gifted?

Skins I have: Sasquatch Nunu, Workshop Nunu, Nunu Bot, Demolisher Nunu Skins I'm missing: Grungy Nunu and TPA Nunu (can you even receive Championship skins from gifting?)
