Why being stuck in bronze is everyones fault

Now Im gonna start this just by saying I am a bronze myself, have been stuck in bronze 3/4 all season (having only started playing ranked this season despite playing since late season 4) but I have friends irl in gold/plat. I notice that the community is split between "its my teams fault" and "its my fault" mentality's. And really it's everyone's fault your stuck in bronze. Everyone who has ever been stuck in bronze has had matches where it was shit teammates, or people going afk, or trolling. Everyone who has been stuck in bronze has had matches where they themselves had been aids. Always thinking its your fault is just as bad as always thinking its your teams fault as you start to doubt yourself and end up doing worse (me and my friends back when we played CSGO had a rule where you weren't allowed to be mean or else you got kicked from the game because people do, do worse when they think they're bad). And if you think its your teams fault 24/7 you end up never bothering to pay attention to your mistakes just those of your teammates.

TL:DR Your in bronze for a reason but lol is a team game and sometimes your team cant pull their weight.
