More Kindred Skins? Or More Skins For Those Who Have Very Little?

So I have been thinking... I see a lot of champions, and a lot of skins (For ex: Sona has quite a few, and Teemo as-well) But... Some champions have been "left behind" as it seems, and I was wondering if the community and/ Or Riot would make more skins For these champions. Now I'm not saying we have to, but I think it would be cool if we have more of the community creating skins and making them official. (And yes I know there is a custom skin thing that the community makes... but it can be honestly too much work, could possibly offer a virus to The owners PC, and Riot wouldn't be making as much money. And I think i heard Riot saying something about no more custom skins, IDK.) So... I was wondering for those who would offer, if they could make skins for these champions (along-side with myself) And actually start sending them to Riot? and even better, If we could use some of the custom skins out there, asking for the artists permission, and if allowed, riot could possibly implement these into the game! Or we as a community can set up everything, the skin, the bugs, BlahBlaBlah... (and the art too) and possibly send them in? Idk. this was just a rant and I was throwing thoughts out there, Have a good day y'all ^3^
