Xerath rework?

i know im kinda late but i was really hoping that was gonna get that rework done or not. i thought it was awesome and that they just put the rework on pause. but if someone can tell me if riot is gonna continue it i would appreciate it.

The rework is already done, it just needs rebalancing and bug fixes.
