What fps should I expect with these specs?

I have a new hp laptop that i just bought heres the dxdiag [http://i.imgur.com/2TvV1rY.png]

8gb ram, 1tb harddrive, im downloading the radeon driver installer trying to get CCC (for some reason i dont have it.) i played 2 games. when the game started i had 100fps on high everything with shadows off. in lane it dropped to 30 and then jumped from 30 to 60 then 19 then 50 etc. was quite annoying. nothing else open and "league of legends.exe" set to high priority.

what else can i do?

Power saving mode on? I had that on for the longest time and was getting so pissed that League was performing worse than normal.

no its on high performance..im not stupid i know all these little things that make a big difference but in my case not at all. im at 20fps now in games...

All I can say is to play League and open up your task manager to see if League is taking up a high CPU for some reason.

Well you could be having CPU issues. Make sure nothing is running in the background while you are playing

I also stated could be CPU issues. Also watching less porn helps. Delete temp files and make sure you don't have any viruses

i said i bought this computer a few days ago. only thing i've downloaded is league and chrome. i haven't watched porn on it (yet)

high performance mode on. no porn, no virus, i get better fps on 4gb ram and nvidia 300m lol

it has to be some sort of weird cpu issue or i have my settings wrong
