What fps should I expect with these specs?

I have a new hp laptop that i just bought heres the dxdiag [http://i.imgur.com/2TvV1rY.png]

8gb ram, 1tb harddrive, im downloading the radeon driver installer trying to get CCC (for some reason i dont have it.) i played 2 games. when the game started i had 100fps on high everything with shadows off. in lane it dropped to 30 and then jumped from 30 to 60 then 19 then 50 etc. was quite annoying. nothing else open and "league of legends.exe" set to high priority.

what else can i do?
