The Harrowing Skins

I would personally think that it would be awesome if Riot would release all of the Harrowing (Halloween) skins on the 31st of October. This way instead of randomly getting one from a chest you could buy them for one day only. For I know that I want to purchase at least 4 of these skins, those including, Zombie Brand, Pumpkin-Head Fiddlesticks, Headless Hecarim, and Haunting Nocturne. Now if this already happens because I started playing league at the beginning of season 6, then shame on me for not doing enough research into these affairs.
