Riot Support website with vid tutorials

I thought it would be nice if riot made a video tutorial website where players could go and create/watch video tutorials of common issues that other players experience while playing the game. This would be mainly a support area rather than a forum. I think the email system with tickets is out dated and could use an upgrade. I think that it would be fairly awesome to go to a website with a structure that is sort of like youtube that you can upload videos and help other players with your issues in a safe efficient way. I think it's a fairly cool idea but i'm not great with web dev so i thought you guys might want to take it into consideration.

side note: if you want to just make a youtube channel for it that would be cool also but i think a website would work fine too!
