Riot's Interaction with the community of League of Legends is not the best.

Among most of the players, summoners and even Rioters, many will believe Riot's interaction among the community isn't the greatest such as other MOBA games who accept new ideas, games, and even gameplay changes, like Smite. League of Legends is a fascinating game where you can play as different champions, with different lores and unique abilities in Runeterra. Whereas you can play Kindred, who haunts a person's death deciding their life should be swift and painless or chase the person who regrets death Kindred . Or Shaco, who just kills for fun and loves seeing death; more pain, more funShaco .

As unique this game is, I and many others, feel most Rioters don't look at many community ideas. Throughout the Boards, many summoners, give their view on ideas. Several examples is several gameplay changes. Many indvituals have requested to nerf the Keystone Mastery Thunderlord, or even buff some the others (the Thunderlord mastery has dominated nearly all of the other keystone masteries.) Some others are champion suggestions, story, and gameplay, (which I won't go too far in-depth.)

Whilest the closest suggestion Rioters have ever token from summoners is several skin ideas, (Surprise Party Fiddle, Demon Vi, etc.) While those are amazing skins that were community made, I feel like thats where it ends with the relationship with Riot and League of Legends community. One of the biggest, BIGGEST, suggestions made in Boards, is the release of Chromas and champion mastery. Many people commented on the post of chromas on the Boards made the suggestion to combine the two systems into one. Which you guys did not, and now Chroma skins are currently stop being made, forgotten, and just another system for Riot to make money.

For many years, community of League of Legends have suggested amazing ideas, splash art oppurtunities for skins, lores, and champion suggestions, yet all the years the League of Legends (Riot) have neglected most community ideas by making the excuse, "We will talk about the idea in our meeting," yet becomes an idea that has been forgotten.

It's not that they forget ideas. They just disagree with them or think they don't work.
