Hey XFatalCureX,
I love your optimism and attitude about following your dreams. As a programmer, I would share some advice. Don't wait for school to learn how to program. It is fun to make small projects and pretty easy to learn. I learned C, and C++ by modifying MUD code bases when I was in high school and I loved it. (I am dating myself here, MUDs are basically what existed before MMOs, they are text-only). Back then there were no classes to teach me so I had to learn with books. It's even easier now, check out codeacadey for some awesome interactive tutorials and check out this article which lists many other sites to learn from. I usually suggest starting with an interpreted language like Python, but you can jump right in with C++ and start making small projects in a short amount of time. And definitely take a class if your high school has any available.
Programming is fun, both Computer Science and Computer Engineering can be difficult when starting out in University. However, if you start learning how to program now, you'll be that much more prepared when you get to class.
Keep dreaming, and I hope to see you in the Red Tracker one day. :D
