clubs not loading

for the past few months my club's tab had always had an error loading , for over 4 months now but it kept my club tag so i wasnt so worried about it but now with disabling clubs. my club tag is gone and my clubs tab still has errors can someone help me fix this ? ive tried relogging so many times
