League of legends offline mode ?

I think that league of legends requires an offline mode. So we can play without internet connections. U know that will be great because sometimes my internet will be down and i can't play lol.

Tell me what do u think if lol had an offline mode.

I kinda want some kind of single player experience for League of Legends. And by all means it can be offline.
