DirectX bug thing

sooo, i saw that little yellow notification telling me people have been having DirectX problems, i have not experienced this neither have i played a game yet (as of writing this ofcourse). idk what is going on, should i be worried? what can i do to prevent this from happening to me? yeah thats all i want to know really. answers are apreciated!

EDIT: saw someone telling people to delete your game.cfg file, dont know if this is safe, wont try it untill i know
