Champion Skin Shards Need More Use

Permanent Champion Skin Shards should be able to be used to unlock their champion. That's the bottom line here; on to explanation. Didn't know where to post something HC related so here should do. Basically; the Champion Skin shards, I feel, aren't worth enough. By that I mean all they can do is A: Unlock their skin, or B: Be disenchanted/re-rolled. Whereas Champion Shards can A: Unlock their champion, B: Be disenchanted/re-rolled, and C: Be used to unlock mastery levels for champions. Even their essence has 2 purposes versus orange only unlocking stuff. Champion Shards are, therefore, more valuable and flexible. No matter which you get; it'll be good for something, whereas skin shards could be sitting in your loot for ages while you stock up enough IP to buy the champion they're for. The solution to this is simple: Permanent Champion Skin Shards should be able to be used to unlock their champion. This would consume the skin and you would only get the champion, but at least you have that option. The Skin shards will always have value like Champion shards do, and won't just look pretty until you get that 6300 IP for the conveniently expensive champion it's for. This solution also wouldn't cost Riot any money; in fact it'd only make people have to buy the skin twice; so any money grubbers should love this idea.
