League of legends frustration

Well...I just want to talk about how riot is a "unique" company....like how they permaban tyler1 just because he's toxic...im not defending him or anything but every game you play other than league doesn't have the option to ban/report someone for being toxic which I think is a great "feature" . Just like dunkey said (not sure tho) being "toxic" is fun and that's the fun of the game being toxic or seeing/hearing a toxic player talk...but league..it feels like it's handicapping 3-year-olds in order for them not to cry (them getting roasted) which I think it's..."stupid"? The reason I'm making this fuss about league/riot is because I just got a 25 game restriction for being toxic to another toxic player....like for real and I know what you/riot are gonna say "Why can't you just mute them" Well then you ..... I want to have some fun and not just take it like wtf? it's like someone punches you and you're like "IM MUTING/IGNORING YOU, IM NOT GONNA PUNCH YOU BACK" Like legit who would do that..unless you're against defending yourself. Anyways I will add more...If I have more "problems"

Also, I will give update if I'm permabanned lol P.S riot please don't permaban someone if they're toxic or trolling cuz they might of spend a fortune on the game (like that you care but plz?)
