Leavers/DCs in Ranked
Boy Riot I have an idea for you. Why not just cause a loss prevented when the game system detects a dc and afk.? : O GENUIS

duo que, about to lose, duo leaves, easy lp grinding.
That's been suggested many times.
I think so far this http://www.polygon.com/2014/11/7/7176231/blizzard-heroes-of-the-storm-leavers is the best way to deal with leavers as a whole. If only Riot did this it would help so much.
