Matchmaking is rigged, and riot knows it

Me and a few friends are playing ranked 3v3's. We have B1, S5, and B2 and overall the first 3 games the matchmaking is fair and the ranks are roughly even. The 4th game.. Well what compels riot to match us with 2 platinum 1's?? 2 PLATINUM 1's and we are bronze and silver. That's riot way of saying you've won 3 so this next one is going to be a loss.

Or nobody plays 3s and riot strikes a balance. To not make u wait for 30 min que times in a dead game mode.

This doesn't mean that matchmaking is rigged. For ranked 3's you are matched by your team's MMR, which is separate from each individual player's MMR. This pretty much means that your solo queue ranking (or I guess dynamic queue now) has very little impact on who you are matched against in ranked 3's.
