I got chat restriction for 75 games,but i wasn't flaming,or was a toxic player.

Well,today i logged into my account and i saw a chat restriction for 75 games.. But i didn't flame or was toxic on the rift I don't really know why did i got the chat restriction,and i was wondering if _Riot _ could help me.
